You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The return period begins on the date you receive the item. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and unwashed. All original tags, labels, and packaging materials must be included. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use beyond normal inspection may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Custom-made items, including custom drapes and personalized textiles, are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please contact us immediately if you receive a custom item that does not meet the specifications agreed upon during the design process.
If you are returning an item due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns initiated by the customer for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
To initiate a return, please contact us using the information provided in the Contact Information section below. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom-made or personalized items (unless defective), items that have been used or damaged by the customer, items returned without original packaging, and items that cannot be resold due to hygiene or safety reasons.
Final sale items, clearance items, and items purchased during special promotions may also be non-returnable. These restrictions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Your rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional return rights, those rights will apply in addition to the terms outlined here.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or that appear to be fraudulent or abusive. In such cases, we may return the item to you at your expense.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet entered production. For custom items, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun. To cancel an order, contact us immediately using the contact information provided below.
If your order has already shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you may return it in accordance with our return policy. Cancellation requests for orders that have entered production may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically reflected within 5-10 business days after we process the return.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will appear on your statement. For other payment methods, refunds will be processed according to the policies of the payment provider. We are not responsible for any delays in refund processing by third-party payment processors.
In cases where a partial refund is issued, such as for items returned in less than original condition, we will notify you of the refund amount and the reason for the partial refund before processing.
